Mission Statement

As the Special Education Department of Lakes Community High School, our mission is to provide quality instruction to students with diverse needs, and to challenge and empower while creating and fostering a safe, self-directed learning environment. We will ensure growth through meaningful collaboration and partnership with parents, educators, students, and the community. Our objective is to prepare students for post-secondary endeavors and promote individuals to become life-long learners and productive members of society.
