Mosaic Submission Form

Use this form to submit writing and artwork to the staff of Mosaic. Submissions for the L.A.M.P. contest are due February 10, and all submissions are due March 16. You can also download a submission form by clicking here.

  • No plagiarism! All entries must be the original work of the writer.
  • All entries must have a submission form.
  • You may submit up to ten literary pieces and ten art pieces.
  • Submissions also can be dropped off in boxes located in the main office, guidance office, lower library, art room (B108), or English office (C301).
  • Literature will not be returned
  • Each entry cannot be longer than 5 pages
