Mosaic Literary Submission Form

Use this form to submit a piece of writing to the staff of Mosaic. Fields that ask for your name, ID number, 1st hour teacher and 1st hour class are required. You have the option of including a title for each piece you submit. Writing submissions also can be submitted using a paper form.

To submit artwork, complete a paper form and submit the artwork and form to the art room (B108) or the English office (C301).

*All submissions are due Friday, March 5.*

Other things to keep in mind:

  • No plagiarism! All entries must be the original work of the writer.
  • All entries must have a submission form.
  • You may submit up to ten literary pieces and ten art pieces.
  • Submissions also can be dropped off in boxes located in the main office, guidance office, lower library, art room (B108), or English office (C301).
  • Literature will not be returned
  • Each entry cannot be longer than 5 pages
