Students in Lauri Hargrove's sophomore advisory class participate in the door decorating contest Tuesday. The winner will be announced Friday.
The junior powder-puff team will face the sophomore team on Thursday at 7 p.m., following the sophomore's 18-0 victory over the freshmen Monday night.
Key players on the sophomore offense were Hannah Karstedt, Kimmy Smith, Tia Miller and Sarah Horsch, who ran more than 60 yards to score the final touchdown of the game.
Katie Bratton had an interception, and Brandy Stuparits had numerous sacks.
In other Homecoming news, advisory classes are hastily wrapping up their door decorating projects for judging on Wednesday after school. King Dan Ronsman and Queen Erin Ruskin, both juniors, will determine the victor based on how much school spirit the door displays.
The winning class will be announced during Friday's assembly, and each student in the advisory will receive a free ticket to the Homecoming football game that evening against the Grant High School Bulldogs.
