Sophomores defeat juniors, 22-8, in final powder-puff game
The girls on the sophomore powder-puff team showed up to the final game on Sept. 22 with one idea in mind: beat the juniors.
And they did.
The sophomores scored two touchdowns in the first half alone, and finished up with a 22-8 victory. Key offensive players on the sophomore team were Hannah Karstedt, Sama Saed, Tia Miller and Sarah Horsch.
The sophomore win came after the team's 18-0 defeat over the freshmen on Sept. 19.
