The new face of LCHS
 Beginning today, students may vote for the future "face" of LCHS. The dance and cheerleading teams researched various Eagle mascot costumes and narrowed the selection to two. The mascot would make appearances at home contests, such as football and basketball games. Voting closes on Friday, Sept. 29 at 4 p.m.
The Athletic Department is purchasing the mascot costume with donations from Raymond Chevrolet, which athletic teams earned for outstanding performances, such as sectional qualification.
Once a mascot is selected, Athletic Director Troy Parola said he would be in search of student applicants who are interested in wearing the costume at the various home athletic events. Stay tuned for more information. |
