Prom attendees will see refund for bussing issue
 The 375 students who rode a yellow school bus to Prom will receive a $7 credit to their activities account. Those students who have fully-paid accounts will receive a check for $7. An agreement was reached last week with the charter company, The BusBank of Chicago, to refund the difference in price between the coach busses and school busses. As soon as the reimbursement is received from the company, students will be credited the accounts. All accounts should be credited by the end of next week.
Prom organizers apologize for the inconvenience of having to ride the yellow school busses and want to emphasize that it was never the intent to take school busses to Prom. It is hoped that despite the bussing issue, all attendees had a wonderful time. Faculty and staff are incredibly proud of the way the students handled themselves with this situation and are grateful for their understanding.
