Senior advisors will have a more significant role in the program this year. The senior advisors will visit freshmen lunch study halls a few times a week to lead various discussions and activities that will benefit the freshmen throughout high school.
New teachers participated in a three-day orientation, during which they met with district leaders and learned the ins and outs of working at LCHS. The teachers’ first day of school is Monday, Aug. 17.
Students should bring their class schedules on the first day of class; if they do not already have a copy, they should pick one up in the Guidance Office before school. Schedules viewed on the PASS system might not be up to date. Additionally, students can pick up their textbooks before school and during study halls in the lower library.
