Two first period classes won a doughnut or ice cream party for bringing in the most items during Student Council's Spring into Action Food Drive, which ended March 26.
Luke Merten's Senior Composition class and Tina Kupsco's Spanish II Honors class collected the most food donations throughout the week-long drive.

The entire school's efforts resulted in more than 1,015 pounds of food being donated to the Open Arms Mission in Antioch.
The school community also helped out the Open Arms Mission this month by creating hundreds of Easter bunny baskets for local families. Many sports teams and clubs were involved in the second annual effort to give back to the community during Easter.
