Royal Rush perfects 'Rollercoaster' at basketball game
 As if they weren't already the best high school fan section in Lake County, the Royal Rush set the bar a little higher on Monday, Feb. 22 during the boys' basketball game against ACHS. Junior Mike Beckman led the crowd in the most successful "Rollercoaster" spirit cheer of the season between the third and fourth quarters. Click here to watch the video.
The Eagles beat the Sequoits 59-41. Senior John Androus scored 12 points and, with at least two games remaining, is only 44 points away from setting a record for the most career points scored in the team's history. The last regular season game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 23 at home against Lake Zurich High School. |
