School Pictures

Classes of 2011, 2012, and 2013

Underclassmen photos (freshmen through juniors) will be taken Sept. 17 and 18 during the school day. Information will be mailed by HR Imaging, the parent company of Root Studios, toward the end of the summer. Click here to view the Picture Day schedules.

The make-up picture day is Oct. 29. Any student not photographed by Root Studios during that time cannot be included in the 2010 yearbook.

Class of 2010 – Senior Portrait Information – Class of 2010

Attention future seniors! It is time for senior pictures, and you are probably swamped with advertisements from studios claiming to be the official school photographer!  The official school photographer is Root Studios, located at 1748 North Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, Ill. 60048. Phone:  847/573-1648. If you would like to have your senior picture in the yearbook, you must have it taken at Root Studios.  You are under no obligation to purchase those pictures, so you may choose to purchase pictures from any studio you wish. 

If you would like your Senior Picture to be included in the 2010 yearbook, you must have it taken by Root Studios.

You must have your senior picture taken by the end of business on Monday, Nov. 23 if you would like to be included in the 2010 book.  Any pictures taken after Monday, Nov. 23 will NOT be included.

What are the advantages to traveling to the studio?

  • Private changing rooms
  • Hair/make-up rooms
  • More backgrounds to help compliment outfits
  • More props to accent pictures
  • Convenient location – Root Studios is near the intersection of Rte 21 and Rte 137 in northern Libertyville
  • Convenient scheduling – you can schedule around vacations, practice

There will be a make up week for seniors the week of Nov. 13 during the school day.  This is for students who are not interested in senior pictures, but who are interested in being included in the book.  Pictures from these quick portrait sessions can be purchased, but the photographer will not be able to offer the time, attention, and services that would normally be offered at the studio.
